This page explains how to request deletion of your Sideout account and the data associated with it. Sideout is operated by Sideout Sports LLC.

How to request account deletion

1. Tap the button below (or email us directly) to start a deletion request.
2. Send the message from the email address associated with your Sideout account, or include that address in the message, so we can verify the request.
3. We will confirm and process your request within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When we process your request, we permanently delete the personal data tied to your account, including:

• Your account and sign-in information (name and email address)
• Your profile, including any profile photo
• Your game history, scores, stats, and streaks
• Photos you have uploaded
• Your crew, league and tournament memberships
• Your posts and replies in crew feeds

What may be retained

Some information may be retained for a limited period after deletion:

• Copies in encrypted backups, which are cleared within 30 days.
• Information we are required to keep to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
• Shared activity you created within a crew, league or tournament (such as game results) may remain visible to other members in aggregate, with your personal identifiers removed.
